Totally OT but I'm trying desperately to find some help with Japanese Knitting pattern books I bought. I'm looking for translation for the knitting sybols. Please tell me you know where I can find such translation, please??? The books have such wonderful patterns in them, some symbols I can guess, but some I can't even imagine. If you can help I THANK you a thousand times in advance!
More temptation! But did you notice they have a color they call "liver?" No can do...I will resist, but if you get some please post about the quality. I am tempted more by the silk/cash blend. They only account for 95% of the content, so I wonder what the other 5% is?

Oooooh, I'm in lust for that yarn! BTW, has anyone other than me noticed that when you hit the link on the Yubina site for "merino" the shades shown bear no relation whatsoever to the name of the colors?
Have any of you lovelies tried the chunky weight from Yubina? I'm completely enamored with the idea that I, yes, little old me, can possibly afford cashmere... real... cashmere...

To my knowledge, nobody has tried the chunkyweight. However, the laceweight is wonderful, so I am assuming that more is ever wonderfuler.
